1. Payment Policy

• 25% of the Booking Amount to be paid for confirming the package.

• 50% of the Amount to be paid 15 days prior to travel.

• 100% of the Amount to be paid one week prior to travel.

2. Confirmation Policy

• We will confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the Hotels/Homestays at the time of payment.

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel before 30 days of the Start Date, you will be charged a processing fee equivalent of 20% of the total tour fee.

• If you cancel between 16 - 30 days before the Start Date, you will be charged 35% of the total tour cost as retention.

• If you cancel between 10 - 15 days before the Start Date, you will be charged 50% of the total tour cost as retention.

• The above policy may vary and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days from the day of cancellation.

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, road blocks, or any other factor beyond our control. Such unused items are not refundable under any circumstances. 

5. Rider Responsibility & Conduct

• Valid Documentation: Every rider must hold a valid driving license authorizing them to ride a motorcycle in India. Riders must also carry valid ID proof (Aadhar/Passport) and personal medical insurance.

• Zero Tolerance on Alcohol: We have a strict "No Drinking and Riding" policy. Consumption of alcohol during riding hours is strictly prohibited. Any rider found intoxicated will be immediately removed from the tour without a refund.

• Road Captain’s Authority: To ensure the safety of the pack, the decision of the Bespoke Voyages Road Captain is final. Disregarding the Captain’s instructions regarding speed, formation, or safety may result in termination of your ride.

6. Safety & Liability

• Ride at Your Own Risk: Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks, including road conditions, weather, and traffic. While Bespoke Voyages provides backup support and safety protocols, the rider participates at their own risk. Bespoke Voyages is not liable for personal injury, accidents, or loss of life.

• Damages: The rider is responsible for the motorcycle provided to them (if renting). Any damages caused to the bike due to negligence or accidents will be charged to the rider based on actual repair costs.

7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

Bespoke Voyages is not liable for delays or alterations in the itinerary caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (landslides, floods, snowstorms).

• Political unrest, strikes, or road blockages.

• Sudden government restrictions or permit revocations.

• In such cases, any additional costs incurred (extra hotel nights, transport) will be borne by the participant.

8. Media Rights

By joining our tour, you consent to Bespoke Voyages using photographs and video footage taken during the trip (which may include you) for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media.
